Ski Locker???

Getting a new place and in the contract the seller is providing at no charge, a ski locker valued at $1695. I thought, sweet! Then they sent me this pic of the ski locker ... what say you? - I call BS

$1700 with delivery and installation?

Where is the house? It's a nice feature if you rent your house out for vacationers. Any other locking closets or cabinets?
 
I got an old ski locker from Stien’s in Deer Valley. It’s a little on the small size but good quality and I have it in my garage. I paid $50....

Whatever that thing is looks like meh.

Couldn’t agree more - free is free unless they are using $1695 worth of negotiating capital. Hose job is what the photo looks like to me.

meh is right! An old ski locker from Stein’s for $50 sounds like one helluva deal - good on you! I’d take that over this piece of crap any day.
