Ski length

I'm around 5'7 en weigh 135lbs , last season I rocked 161's center mounted and found them a little small, what size would suit me well?

Try to get the shovel of the ski to blend with your forehead standing up

depends, what kind of skiing do you do?

if its mostly park, get shorter skis like 165 to 170. and if its pow and anythig else, get a bit longer. thats my oppinion, i like short skis for park
