Hey guys, so heres the deal. I've got a condo up on peak 8 at Breckenridge, looking to rent it out on the weekends during the winter season. Dew tour Dec.16-19 is also available if your interested in that. The condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen (fully stocked), living room with electric fire place and flat screen TV/ with direct TV and an xbox 360. The condo is walking distance from communal hot tubs that are open all season. I'm open to any offers you guys have, CASH, TRADES, PARTY MATERIALS,ETC. haha i would do this only because it doesnt sound like i have to sign any type of contract so therefore i could trash the place!

 
while that is super lame, he does raise a good point. You may want to take some steps to protect yourself from disrespectful douchebags that take advantage of people trying to do a good thing by offering up their place for a reasonable price.
 
I'm good dawg, I would be staying in the place directly across the hall while people rented out my place. Trust me I thought about it. I'm just looking to see if kids would want a dope place to stay for some cheap money.
 
im interested, not dew tour weekend prolly mid january though. how cheap are we talking about? how could we know its not a scam? just wondering. not saying it is but i wouldn't want to go to CO from nj and ending up not having a place to stay haha.
