Hey Quebec Nsers !
I want you too talk about your nice rides in quebec, where are the nicest park, where are the sweet urban spots or whatever you like to talk about.
so here I start with a ..... Did you already ski this year, where? do you have pics or vids ? and if you can, tell us about some changes in quebec's mountains for the 09-10 season.
If every rider from here participate a little bit, it will be nice !
Thanks;)

basically Avila is where i ride and its definitely the best park imo

I have skied St Sauveur already and it was dope though only one runwas open. i have some pics of a little sesh on this sketchy ass pvc pipe they had set up

dunno if there are any real changes in quebec mountains this year, im just hopin for lots of snow!

The best park in the province of quebec is in mont avila, no doubt. If you want to see some pictures, go on facebook, and join the group named ''Snowpark mont Avila'', there is some pictures of the jibs and jumps. The mountain is not as high as mont tremblant, but the park is, in my opinion, more fun than the ones in tremblant. But there is more poeple at avila, so sometimes you have to wait before hitting something. But it worth it anyways.

dude I've skiied in Quebec my entire life and Tremblant is definitely where it's at.

They have two parks, the only superpipe, and IMO the park is better groomed than Avila's.

Check them both out and decide yourself. You can join the Tremblant cult and there is tonnes of pics and vids of the park there. I'll send you an invite.

EDELWEISS!! lmao jk if youre near ottawa type thing and have nothing better to do it is a fun mountain to check out i am able to spend my entire winter there without shooting myself, its not that bad had some pretty sweet jumps last year

Avila and Tremblant are both amazing, but i have always had a preference for Le Massif. It has some of the biggest vertical drops east of the rockies, you can see the St. Lawrence river from just about every run, and they opened a ton of new terrain last year

Well I live 3 hours away from Qc city and when I go there I love going to Stoneham, they don't have any jumps but they have the sickest rails and they have lots of them. They also have a 22ft superpipe.

If you guys are going to mauricie for a week end, you definitively have to go to VDP (valle du parc) , not the sickest park ever but everyone there is super friendly ! You will enjoy your ride for sure

Tremblant is sick. They had two parks the two years I skiid there and its difficult to beat the night life. Its like a mini whistler for the village. Overall a nice ski town!

shit those photos look promising. hopefully their park is better than it was last year and two years ago

well hopefully this will work and give you an idea of how shitty it was

This is a pic of fellow NSer DaveM prior to a switch up on the sketchy ass pvc they had

what about mont saint bruno ? i just moved in longueuil and it will be my home mountain for the next whole season ? are the riders friendly of not ... and what about the park ?

yeah brunos park is pretty sick. im going to try and be there as much as possible this season

i skied up in quebec at a small resort called "Le Relais"...I got to ride around their with all the locals and damnit it was a BLAST!!! Hopefully I can go back up there again the scene is sooo cool I absolutely loved it. It's crazy that I can fly an hour 30 min (from Cleveland, Ohio) and be in a totally different culture..I felt like I had landed in France...such a sick place hope to go back there to shred again with all the homies

haha I know but MSA is only 1 hour driving from my house but St-Sauveur is 3 and a half hours ! But if you want, Stoneham will be open november,27th.. There'll be a rail jam with a sick jib setup, DJ, Hot-dogs and more and last yeah was insane so I hope it will be the same this year!

Ill be there for sure ! So bring your asses on the slope and chill all day long with a lot of skiers and snowboarders (like you) that want to have fun .

less than two weeks until Tremblant opens!

Stoked to get back on the hill. My golf game is BRUUTAL right now so its perfect timing.

LOL are you kidding me ! it's like 15 deg. outta here and st-sauveur got 2 half slopes open for the week-end and Stoneham's working on the snowmaking for the November Chill !

And damn, I'm just so stoked ! I've booked an hotel room with 3 of my buddies for the night.. gonna be crazy at the party and I'm gonna ride their rail setup all week-end long.

Just got back from Sauveur they had a 10 foot down box, 20 foot down box and a dancefloor box which was pretty fun

totally got my ass kicked today though, ate so much shit but still a fun sesh

msa is not open, its not cold enough to blow snow, they are supposed to open next weekend fater a 3 week delay, but looking at next weeks forecast im not sure they're going to make it

but i heraud there was snow at le relais with a few jivs today
