ski companies can do alot better with the graphics that they are putting in their skis. companies like rossignol need to stop copying the same graphic that they use every year and make something else. look at snowboard companies like burton and see what there boards look like- they have so much different art going into it. i mean nobody wants to have the exact same skis as one another. prajekt has the right idea with all of the art that they offer, now i would like to see that on more mainstream companies such as line, rossignol and salomon. after all, no one wants a pair of skis that have no art at all on them.

 
id rather have a good rossie ski than a shitty dynastar larose pro. now adays there arnt many companies that have crapy graphics. and if i bothers u that much just dont buy skis u dont like.

you definitely have a point with the big companies. i think there are some sick graphix out there tho... but salomon is really in need of reform, every size of teneighties was identical this year, and being such a hot seller, way too many people were riding identical skis. and next years all look alike, and lame too.

 
The reason that most companies dont have stellar graphics is because skiers tend to care more about the function and use of the ski instead of what it looks like. There are so many different types of skis, racing, carving/mid fat, park and pipe, fat(above 90 underfoot), superfat(over 105/110 underfoot, and so on whereas snowboards have less and thats why their graphics are better and cause they just want a good looking board. It seems that only companies that make both are realizing it in skiing, like K2, they are sick with ski graphics and are probably the best, no not probably, definetly.

The Pollards are pretty sweet. I like how its just black and white, but theres not doubt that the Vicious are one of the best. They totally blew the lid off this year.

i must admit pollard skis are some of the best graphics ive seen in years. however, most of line's other skis dont get too elaborate excapt maybe for the cronic and the mothership is nice too. my brother is a snowboarder and he bought a burton uninc (156 model) and the graphics on the bottom totally blew me away. id like to see ski company produce graphics like that and the only company really raising the bar artistically is K2.

 
Armada is doing the right thing this year, each size ski has a different graphic. And from the little peaks of the skis at x-games and the teasers the skis are looking really sexy.

Its only for decoration thats it and thats all
