Ski flexcurves 07-08 PDF

Depending on which reader you use. I use Acrobat Reader 8 and did it like this.

1. Save file to computer

2. View --> Navigation Windows --> Layers

3. You should now see a list of ski names (=layers)

4. Select any you want to see

very useful. some surprises in there too. i guess it shows that how stiff a ski is on a machine doesn't necessarily equate to how stiff it skis on the hill...

interesting how the fujative is stiffer underfoot then the PE

you can see dynastar's "spring blade" technology easily on the curve

ahhh man i did that but still doesn't work too well.

help me not be a retard here... i really wanna see this.

yea, last years was sick, it's nice to have the new one too

who makes those by the way? props to them

ps, you should put surface on there

it would be good if there was a race ski or a piece of 2 x 4 to use as a baseline flex comparison, or at least something to use as a yardstick to compare the others against

awesome tool though

I think I see a mistake though. The line invaders are symmetrical and they show the stiffest part as in front of true center. I don't know whats up with that.

there are butter zones on both the front and back of the ski. this graph shows them as not being symmetrical.

My Invaders are mounted one pink in front and one pink in back, makes me wonder if they ski differently then those mounted both forward. I doubt it would make a difference at all, and sorry if it says somewhere but were these tests conducted with or without bindings?

34553 yeah thats interesting bc i mounted mine one pink and one blue like you said. and

i turn better to the right! j/k

but i think that might be the margin of error for this test. line designed the ski to be 100% symmetrical from what i understand. i've seen pro's mount them pink/blue forward, seems like thats something line would tell them, but after all, it's just flex. :)

I have been looking for this kind of flex comparisonm for weeks!

good to have this info dude - thanks for the link!
