haha i was at alpental this weekend goin on the lift to international and all and i got my tip and my ski fell off....sucked for me to get off w/ only one ski but i didn't fall! who was i sitting w/ on when that happened anywaize? you said you were from NS but i didn't catch the name...

tom to nick- 'so what time is this skiing for you?'

nick to tom- 'my 1st time'

me to nick without tom there- 'so how did you do with your first day?'

nick to me- 'i fell alot' *pouts*

nick to his friend ian when he doesn't know im listening- 'yeah see last weekend i went skiing and i went down this TRIPLE black diamond! it was like sheer ice!'

me to tom and tom to me- 'hahaha! he's such a liar'
 
thats nothing i have to ski courses on one ski sometimes and not suck at doing it which is very hard to do

pffft....i was snowblading one day and i decided to rest my feet by taking the blades off and letting them dangle..like all cool snowbladers do..and anyways...i couldn't get the damn things back on and hand to unload with just ski boots and gayblades dragging behind me.

The liftie made fun of me....but i redeemed myself by doing a tripple daffy over a 50ft table.

 
hmm done that many times... skiing with one ski is amazing... that's how I won a syncro competition.... but it's even better with no skis at all... it's the weirdest feeling on the lift.

my pants fell off a bunch of times. then I got the sweetest belt ever.... it was a really nice piece of rope.... while twisty.... but now it is holding Jeffs running board on his TRUCK - yes cryss it is a truck - and now my pants fall off again. it makes me sad.

ONe time at sunshine. I was about 1/4 of the way down hells kitchen. a double black. And I broke one of my skis. split the laminate. old skis, the binding wouldn't hold my boot anymore. that was fun. except I had to rent skis for the afternoon. I had no money for food after that. lol

i've had some major problems with my ski coming off in mid-air when i do iron cross mute grabs i end up pulling the ski across and sometimes i twist too much and the damn thing pops off (fucking salomon bindings) so i end up landing on my chest, luckily i have the reflex to throw away the ski when it's in my hand so i don't impale myself on it. one of these days i'll figure out how to pop my ski off in the air and either pop it back in and land it or just land on one ski while waving the other.

 
tighten your bindings then. i had the same problem while just doing regular mutes. if i tried to tweek it more than usual.

meh..

why don't they put a knife on a spork? doesn't that make sense to you?
 
my freind has his dins at like 9 and sometimes when he tweaks his mutes his skis pop off it is funny caus he does it off of like 40 foot jumps

 
Ya my dins are at 10 and my skis come off sometimes doing mutes too.

when I was at lake louise me and my bro where making a movie and we wanted more footy so I had to run up and down because I couldn't stick anything and we were under the chair but while i was runing my pants fell down and I had noting underthem.... hehehe it was funny

I hear you guys on the mute grabs. I have my dim at 8 which is 2 harder than my shop but them at an i can yank my ski off on mute grabs. One time in a big air contest in practice i threw a 720 an after the first 360 my right ski just fell off. no grab or iron cross it just fell off. i rode it for 10 feet an fell. it was sick while i was still ridin it
