Ski factory conditions

i have to do a global report on the working conditions of the factory that produces a product. i was thinkin about researching the conditions of some ski factory. anyone know where i can find information from some investigative source with maybe biased or someone that worked there (not from the actual companies website)?

i know rossi produces all their wood-core skis in spain...i heard it is amazing, just the whole process/town

I worked at the Line factory and I thought it was kick ass even though there was a lot of older people than me. J.Levinthal even paid the shop a visit while I worked there.

Salomon is france, Elan/Armada is Germany and france. And the ski factories in china have very good conditions.

yeah i dont need anymore help...but i did find that during high peak season adidas workers work like 20 hour shifts
