Ski Dice

LOL playing around with the rails on hard and just got switch lip 270 on, pretzel 450 out. That should be a piece of cake
 
I noticed this also. not really an issue at my current level haha, but it would be nice if they added them. Seems to be a really nice app tho, especially for the first release. Would be sort of cool if they had like one dice for switch/reg, one for spin, one for grab, and one for spin direction, but it actually let you pick which ones you wanted, and showed an animation of dice rolling. Aka if you wanted to do a switch right 3, but wanted a random grab etc. But overall a very nice app, cant wait to use it
 
Next update has a very extensive rail update (see their facebook page for the huge list of tricks and combos being added)

Their jumps are pretty good (which makes sense), but I think they're trying to figure out a way to add inverts without liability...so some sort of disclaimer appears when you turn inverts on or something...they're working on it.

I know how inverts are more dangerous/risky etc, especially when learning, but if some were to really mess themselves up throwing a big spin, is the company less liable?
 
I guess...I'm just taking from their post on FB:

"Flips/Rodeos are coming. We just need to have a setting for that and a warning so we don't tell some kid to go hurt himself."
 
when you roll the dice, touch and hold down on one of the "trick dice" that show up and it'll show up. I think it really only works with jump tricks right now (some rail tricks work, but not all of them).
 
this has been around since like 1995 for snowboarding skiing and skateboarding and inline where the fuck have you guys been?
 
sweet now kids don;t even have to think of stupid tricks they can just have their phone tell them what to do!

this is stupid, why can't you all just ski? or does it always have to be a competition or a challenge in the park? fuckin a.
 
Its a friendly competition with your friends at first i didnt like the idea but now i wish i had an ipod for it. Have you never played a game of s.k.i with your friends before?
 
I dont think it has to be a competition thing so much. You could use it like that if you want or not. Atleast it will get kids thinking and out of their comfort zone.
 
there is always one hater. i don't get it why don't you just shut up. its a good way to get people to try things they wouldn't normally try and help get everyone up to a higher level in skiing. its fun. get real man. just don't buy it
