Ski destination of your choice

i love the east coast to death but id like to see some pow to.. id i would say alta cuz if i go out west i mainly wanna get some pow

Alaska. Cattrack backcountry in Western Canada. Japan POW.

Really want to get to Tahoe and Mammoth at some point too...

maybe handrails in Helsinki????

Chamonix, interior bc, heli in alaska, hokkiado or nieseko.....pretty sure there was terrible spelling in there, but those are all on the bucket list

good choice.

Gulmarg... home of the imfamous 6 meter crown:

i would love to get back to Whistler because of the village vibe alone, but places i've never been that i'd like to check out, definetly Japan

Japan for the trees and pow, or i want to go back to Alta, i only got to ski one day there and there was minimal visibility and i fee like i really missed out :(

what about australia, I'd go just to see some kangaroos and toilets that flush backwards. but japans toilets clean your butt for you. that sounds promising...

Gulmarg, if i get a good guide to guide me around the place and also show me some culture (also a week wouldn't be long enough ...)
otherwise japan for the fluffy powder and the crazy japanese ppl....

or chili or argentina for the simple fact it's "summer" skiing ...

how do you ski if you only get 4 inches of snow? and there was a guy who said he only gets 1.5" too. i'm from ny, but i've still seen feet of snow.

BC just looks incredible...really strange i've never made it up there. Definitely want to. Also jackson hole, and anywhere else I can get.

I'm probably going to Alaska in March to hit Alyeska and cat ski a bit. Maybe heli ski, but if I'm going to spend that much I might go back to Japan....tough decisions.

cat skiing in ak is a joke, trust me. youre better off taking a drive down the pass and boot packing/skinning. unless youre down with getting tanked and taking blue square runs.

No matter where you are, no matter what the conditions, make the best of it.

if i'm dying tomorrow, I go to wherever there is powder & good steeps.

If I'm planning a vacation, I'd go to Kicking Horse without a doubt.

To all these kids saying they wanna plan a vacation to kicking horse or revelstoke you guys have got the wrong idea haha. Those mountains are so god damn sick but i would plan a trip for the whole interior but i would go a bit more south that revelstoke and kicking horse! Red mountain would be too sick in my opinion but my dream spots are Japan for the over the shoulder crazyness, jackson hole, Maybe Austria or Poland because i've heard they just get disgusting amounts of snow and of course chile because who would be choked shredding some pow in august!!

Chamonix France or Champery Switzerland- Both looked so amazing when i was there last may. I will be back to ski them both in the near future : )
Also Alaska for sure.

I woud go to my home mountain, 15 minutes to drive. Always a lots of powder, but still a pretty nice park :D (got new park last winter) Lots of snow in Norway u know XD
