Wow, a shameless giving out of karma for votes. Talk about self advertising. So please don't bother giving me any because I don't feel like following your link. Maybe my stupid morals. Nevertheless, I really do like that graphic and think you should win the contest. Good luck
 
i hope you realize that most of the people probably didnt vote because those are fucking gay and no one would ever buy that ski just because of that sketchy graphic. they just want karma. And shame on you for giving karma for votes, if you win youll win but alot of other nsers that arent asking for votes made really sick graphics that they put alot of time into. I do lke your bases tho
 
ok, for the record, i put a shitload of time into that graphic. and im not asking people to buy the ski, only use like 8 clicks and vote for it. plus the number 1 ski did the same thing. just a lot sooner.

i applaud your effort, but wow what a shameless plug for votes. personally i wouldnt buy skis that look like they were made in ms paint.
 
Nice effort, but I think that there are some significantly better entries. Plus, I'm over this rasta color fad...hopefully it goes away soon.
 
Im sorry, but seriously, how old ARE you?

I do not mean offense, but you cannot just come on ns with shit like this and expect everyone to hop on youor dick for karma. I cannot believe how degraded ns has become with all of this karma fuck shit. I haven't been really paying attention until this one, and now I realize how fucked all of this shit is. For instance, if these were to be sold as a pair of skis, who would BUY these? Like spend real, actual, money that you have to work for?! My brother is in 6th grade, he is 11 years old, I have entered contests before and he has drawn stuff along side of me. And I truly mean no harm, but this is just the truth. But my brother's skis that he has designed have been stronger than this entry.

Here is my criticism of your ski design:

First thing overall, your base and your topsheet are both white, and EXTREMELY unbalanced. It is just hard to look at, there is so much brightness and space. Now, your bases are aight, it is simple and basic but it works and maybe just needs different color? possibly, think about using more colors even. Alright, your topsheet needs a lot, but at least it is a start. The problem is there are no solid lines, it is all scribbly, looking like a kindergartener drew it or something. I can't really tell what's going on with the ipod (?) or why it's there, if this is the start of a concept you should have more music oriented objects on your design. Like musical notes, or the headphone wires could wrap around the words, but there needs to be more if you are going to be placing an object on the ski. AND finally...your colors suck balls, have you ever even taken an art class? Nothing works about the colors you have chosen for the words and then you even changed some of them on the headphones! I want a flow of even and balanced amounts of colors that compliment each other. You should start by looking at a color circle and checking what three or four colors work.

And one more thing, I listen to reggea and celebrate the life of Bob Marley everyday, but you ARE NOT rastafarian and rasta is used too much!! I love RASTA colors and even have a Lion of Judah bandana, but if you overuse a beautiful thing it becomes ugly.
