Ski Conditions Alta/ Snowbird/Park City HELP

I know that this winter hasn't been so great and i'm aware that the conditions for pow are not so likely...Well my dad, uncle and i were planning on going skiing Jan 14th through the 20th. I heard repeatedly that this is one of the worse winters to go... so i have the choice to hold off on going and postpone my trip to march, or i can go this saturday for a week? Can any locals inform me on the conditions and if its worth going out there at this time? id appreciate it ALOT thanks.
 
If you have the option to wait, i would wait. It's going to snow, we just don't know when. Even if you don't get a fresh dump in march, odds are way more terrain will be open. If you come now, you'll be skiing park at PC and groomers almost anywhere else...
 
I'm in Utah right now and you should definitely wait, sure the park is nice but it always will be. The snow will come and it won't be in the next two weeks, wait it out for sure.
