Ski comments: aparently I have womens skis

I was just wondering what comments people get about their skis and asking why they have 2 tips or somthing like that.

I have 04/05 (i think) rossi scratches the purple and blueish ones and a couple of snowboarders came up to me and asked me why i was wearing girls skis. I told them they werent and they started to make fun of me calling me a fag and stuff. It wasn't the first time people have asked me that but the first time somone was a real dick about them being purple.
 
Dont acknowledge boarders as being real people, they usually leave because you arent noticing that their mommies bought them a 1000 setup for their first time.

Petition to develop an aerosol spray to keep boarders in a 10 foot radius out started.

you have a couple of choices:

1. call them on doing a girl sport because of shawn white etc. (not my opinion)
2. pull the whole "im comfortable with my sexuality and they are good skis, you should check in on yours since you are snowboarding"
3. remind them that its a guy's ski and that you dont give a fuck what they think
 
are those really? i thought those were the girl versions, and the red+yellow boob lady ones were the guy ones. Or are these 1 year after/before the boob lady ones?
 
the blue red ones that buddy here has were the scratch fs, the orange and tan ones ur talkin bout were the old scratch bc's (now that same ski is pretty much the sprayer bc).

so no, you are not riding girls skis. tellem to fuck off, then drop in and throw down something crazy and watch them flail a straight air.
 
well i have a few stories about people notcing my skis on the lifts, i was on my scratch fs wrs, the ones with the burn marks and shit, some guy goes, oh is there alot of powder up there? that was a little strange because i consider them narrow compared to my bacons

second time i was on my watch lifes, this years with the trees, and some lady goes, i really like the new skis, they have lots of flowers like yours, they are very appealing to women, i didnt know how to answer that one

third time i was talking about how i ran into 2 moose as i came over a roller making my way from the side couuntry into the resort, some old lady, total ski bumb, could just tell she charged it, but was very....exentric....but anyways, she looks at my skis, bacons with fks, and goes, good thing you had your bindings mounted properly, i was in the same area last year came around and ran into the moose also, ripped my heel piece right out...i was like i didnt literally run into 2 moose. they were just 5 ft in front of me. 
 
Living in ontario, people think my bridges are as fat as skis get, so i get the usual sarcastic "so you ski a lot of powder with those things?" (92 underfoot) and so i usually just go along, say i'm from mt. baker and i'm just wearing my chest deep powder skis for fun.
 
no the red and yellow chick one were 2002. 03/04 was the greenish/yellow ones and the scratch (non fs or bc) had the chick graphic with blue and gray. The snowboarders clearly have no idea what they are talking about. Girl specific twins weren't really even around that much then.
 
one time a woman asked me about my skis.. so i told her they were twin tips.. then she turned around and looked at both ends of my skis and said "oooh, i can see that!"

so tarded..
 
Those are the ultimate stoner ski, i always thought the blue face, definitely not girls skis as stated by other people.

i ride my lizzies and always get asked dumb questions

"wow can you actually ski those?"

"why do you skis look like butter knifes?"

then the occasional stare down from fellow skiers and i can hear them talking "Wow look at that poser, you think hes any good?"

can we please stop checking out one another, like we are sizing each other up?
 
ha thats funny, cause i totally size up anyone with 100 plus sized skis and judge their ability to ski them.. and then just sort of ogle jealously and pray for some sort of miracle money dump to happen so i can buy muyself a pair of elizabeths
 
mmkay one time i was on the lift and this guy looks down at my invaders (it was a powderish day) "those skis must float well you look like you got a ton of surface area there" me" ughh no not really they're pretty damn skinny" him "no those are pretty fat skis" me" okay then"
 
last year i had a pair of volkl kaya's (i cant find anything about them anywhere) but i am pretty shure that they are girls skis' but i was only 13 and they were pretty awsome for my body type.....
 
Im really suprised no gapers or snowboarders have said anything about my steezes yet. when i got em i was expectin a bunch of old people callin me a homo or somethin. nothin so far and ive ridden em 20 days.
 
i think i have that model but last years the black scratch fs pros and i have a dakine sticker at the top of them and this one time i was on the chair with thesse people probly in their 40s and the man is lookin at my skis funny and says somthin like are those dakine skis and then they went on about how they were "trick skis"
 
haha, how come they think they know more than you about your own skis? you can probably have the last laugh when they are on the easy runs or the park acting like gapers.

once I got asked why I was riding guys' skis.. I was kind of surprised. I don't see why it's a big issue

I ride 08 line chronics and they are twintip and i get many comment and questions about the twins, they ask whats the point and i say follow me and watch, its the perfect time to put on a show, and the graphics get a LOT of attention but its not all good
 
when they ask why my skies are twin tip i just tell them "because skiing forward was sooo last year, biaaaatch"
 
Solution:

Tell them there snowboarding, and then pole whack the shit outta them, push them over and skate away...while there straped in.
