I'm a 16 year old skier who has skied trails for 12 years and i was looking for a ski that is a descent park ski but not loose the ability to go through some big groomers and a little pow. any suggestions? i was looking at the line chronic.

I was pretty much in the same position you are in one year ago. I decided to get the Line Chronics. Amazing decision, great park ski that basically does it all. I can ski powder, hit the moguls, hit groomers and the park with this ski. They are the shit. I did however have them mounted I think 2 cm back from the center instead of the manufactuer's mark, which makes it a bit more park oriented. Seriously tho these skis do it all.

Honestly, unless you really know what shape/flex/construction you want to be skiing on, if you're after an all mountain ski you won't be the slight bit disappointed with any decent companies go-to all mountain ski.

Based on that, I'd go with a ski you don't have to go through a lot of trouble trying to get or a ski that has a good deal at a local ski shop.

all he is looking for a some help on a suggestion. No shit he can go to a ski shop. But, yes I would also consider going to a local shop

Surface double times ripped in the park and on the groomers. super light, and fat enough to hold up in the chunky stuff too.

K2 Recoils, very similar to the chronic, but they are more durable. I ride them as an all mtn and park ski and I love them. I would highly recommend them.
