i want to ski at hood for the weather but i dont want to pay a lot. where is the cheapest lodging? i could camp maybe

How much is a summer season pass?

 
Summer season passes are like $888 or somewhere close to that... camping is definitely the cheapest lodging. There's also the Ark and some other sketchy motels where you could split a room with some guys for pretty cheap.

camp revolution is not DEAD im goin this summer windells has gooky skateboarders and bmxers who take it in the ass....CAmp revolution has no dirty skaters and the 3 PHILS for coaches who are really cool and get you beer and shit

too bad windells has the nicest skateboard and BMX facilities in the Northwest. I bet this kid has never even been there there park is soooo sick. I doubt the Phils buy you beer

I think there is actually a forest service campground within the timberline permit area. Lemme check that.

here is a topomap of the area, and it shows two campgrounds: Phlox Point and Alpine. I have skied through Phlox point in winter and there is some sort of Boy Scout cabin there. It may or may not be occupied.

no trillium = bling to stay there... its like 10 bucks a night... the airstrip on the other hand is free, the rangers just like it if you clean up after and you change spots every 14 days

 
say you camped at the air strip how would you get to the mountain.....and is it easy to poach without a lift ticket .....and can you poach the private park?

windells is the shit, yeah the other ones are good but the skate park is so sick and whoever said gay kids go there is gay themselves. I went last year and it was a blast and the coaches are sick and the people are cool. im not saying your shit isnt good, but windells isnt bad at all

 
windells is for younger kids, if you are over 16 or so, youll feel a little left out, and 18? forget it, theyll throw you in with the adults. Good at night, bad during skiing
