Anyone know where i can find an official statement of why skiboarding was taken out of the xgames? I need this for a source for a report, just so i can fill up sources.. any help will be appreciated.yay.

I think it was taken out because ESPN thought that skiboarding and twin tip skiing were essentially the same thing and they didn't want to waste money on both. They filled it in w/ moto..... that's all I have to say about that.

 
i personally dont care, i just need a real source so i can count it for my paper.. ill email em tho

skiboarding is no longer as popular as it was and ESPN cut out all the sports that weren't mainstream; ice climbing, skiboarding, snow biking, and maybe some others.

the competitions were rad but not rad enough, I guess.

does anybody remember the first couple x games i think it was where they had modified shovel racing, that was amazing seeing people crash like that.

Man...if the xgames would only bring Ski Boarding back this year..... and if coach would have just put me in, we would've won states!
 
is ski boarding the same as mono skiing?
because mono skiing is probably the least heterosexual sport in the world...
