Ski boarding schools

Ok, so I'm most likely going to boarding school next year, I'll be a sophmore, and I want to go somewhere out west where the skiing is deep and fluffy. Does anyone know of any schools that have a really good skiing program and are on or extremely near a nice mountain?

like ski/boarding or ski-boarding? i think you can skiboard anywhere and still be extreme. but srsly, im transfering to colorado mtn college next fall, leadville campus, less than an hour to key/breck and a rail park on campus plus backcountry booter options all over

ok so there's a school in steamboat called the Lowell Whiteman School and anyway friends have told me that the ski program is sick and its right near or maybe even on the mountain im not sure so ya check it out

Crested Butte Academy

pretty expensive, but has a great ski/snowboard program, in the winter students get to ski half day every day, and they have an indoor training facility with tramps and skate park

education pretty good too

yea i was checking that out. i might go visit sometime next year, looks pretty sick, but i would rather go somewhere out west.

haah... long story

my year was epic after that its just straight homo now , better off going to public school and not skiing everyday

WVA seems the most legit for sure

4 years at any of the boarding/ski schools holderness/gould/proctor/ will fuck wiht your head after a while and you'll go crazy

I think there's a school at squaw but I might be trippin on acid. Squaw is deep and fluffy often on a good year, the park is world class, and the terrain is unparallelled. I would rather ski a pow day at squaw than anywhere else just because there is so much terrain to be conquered, almost every lift has cliffs and steeps off of it so it's always fun out there and as I said before, the park is world class if its not a pow day.

Word right up home boy. You get to shred with such studdly creatures as the infamous Raine Spencer, the italian stallion Jeff Amantea, and many other super hot dudes.

Seriously though, it's super worth it, check it out holmes. www.redskiacademy.com

Damn... I wish I had the chance to go school's like that. If it was snowing/snowed the night before, we just skipped school and went skiing. MY how the times have changed

Go to Crested Butte Academy. They've gotten huge over the years, but I went for a while and it was best time of my life. Up at 5:30, lift til 6:45, eat, 3 hours of class, ski from noon to 4 everyday. Weekends you ski all day. I was in the race program, so it might not be as intense.

Early season, ski patrol use to send us down all the bowls that were closed off to stiffen up the snowpack. Nothing like straight lining 2 feet of fresh the entire ride down.

Don't go to Holderness in NH. You get to ski for Waterville Valley Acadamy but Holderness just sucks so bad. Trust me. If anything go to WV Academy in the winter and go to public school. Boarding school is a joke it's not even that much better of an education. That's my advice.

CVA man it's soo sickk . I skied only 21 times b4 going as a freshman and i succked so bad compared to the rest of my team,(matt phiplippi, taylor felton, corey vanular , dan marion and the list goes on. ou progress so much travel the world and have such a good time. the dorm life is kinda shitty and sugarloaf is rough sometimes but the coaching is top notch the names back it up . get fincail aid it's not a bad deal
