Ski Bindings centered

So lately i have been seeing people in the park with there bindings right in the center of there skis, does it make much of a diffrence when riding? does it make it easier for tricks or somthing, just wondering.

it doesn't make a huge difference but it is much easier to land switch and ride switch

haha i went up the chairlift yesterday with a snowblader who wanted to centermount his snowblades

haha it was funny, i saw a telemarker snowblader yesterday and he was shreddin it down the hill
