I made one from a tarp once. To test it I told my younger cousin to hold onto a rope with rollerblades on. I pulled him behind my bike and at 15mph he started to climb and I looked back and all of a sudden the parachute takes a dive towards the ground and went directly into a mailbox. Needless to say, it was damn funny.
