Ski backwards alot??

falling when youre skiing switch sucks though. cause then everybody just thinks youre a huge dueche and a total showoff, but cant back shit up. so if you do you feel inclined to do like a standing 3 or something

That reminds me of a dream...

I was at the Candide Invitational in the lift line and Candide comes up to me saying how his back is hurting. A lift guy comes over and says that he's in pain so it would be in his best interest not to ski. So I took liberty of checking his back for him and I diagnosed him with a spinal injury, he thanked me and we went on our way up the lift. Heading up we where talking about how the park is sick and perfect for an event like this and I asked him how does he go around putting on an invitational event, so on and so forth. When we reached the top, I went first down the park, went to go riding switch, caught on a slush patch in the middle of the ski run and fell backwards eating shit. Candide skied past me and just kept going... I never saw him again.

Skiing switch is just another piece of the skiing pie. It allows me to change things up, challenge myself, and try new stuff. Once you do something forwards, try it backwards. Like jump turns down a chute, for example.

I like to do the gates switch, just duck under the tape when no one is going and do a couple of switch turns down the run at moderates speed and watch all the coaches stare at you.

you dreamt that! i did that! i didnt ride up the lift with him, but we were both walking a doin an s rail when the park was close, i got it right once out of like 10 goes, he was 270ing on, and doing switch ups. by the end of it, i think he felt embarrassed to be standing with me!

my signature stems from that fateful day. i landed it pretty early, so he thought i was quite good. i proved him wrong! mwahaha! damn!
