Sketchy mount jobs

the mingling of the templates or jigs for this job probably deserve an honorary engineering degree from the university of phoenix

My homies dad mounted his skis. His dad just mixed sawdust and epoxy to plug the old holes, held up though

Is there something wrong with using epoxy to plug holes? That’s what I do personally

I’ve heard of just epoxy, the saw dust just looks off in it.

Marker toe peice with pivot heel seems a little sketchy to me. I have seen an Sth toe with a pivot heel casue just like the P15 and P18 it has the same single post construction and the heel and toe would work the same when releasing. Marker on the other hand is totally different and the heel and toe probably won't release similarly.

You need to start a separate thread for ingenious repair hacks. This is sick.

Any idea how long it has been used since the repair?

It took me a good half hour to bolt the ski together and it lasted another 2 weeks of park riding before they completely blew up.

if you’re in the whistler area and would like a dodgy setup I can hook it up

I'm in the big city just down the road but I have enough beat skis to keep me busy right now. I'll let you know if i need any serious structural repairs!
