get a long board, tighten your trucks ALOT, wear a helmet when your goin down the hills, i know somebody who recently crashed now hes in intensive care and is in a coma

i'm not sure if this makes any difference, but i have really soft wheels and it makes a really smooth ride down hills and such, but then my trucks are prty tight too, so i dunno.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of

arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly

proclaiming...'Wow! What a ride!'

you can buy different little rubber spacer thingies for your trucks... i forget what they are called cause i am retarded, but you can buy stiffer ones....thats my advice

I promoted my CVS and Stop and Shop card from the inside slits to the outside ones...my Blockbuster and gym ID got pissed off, but I told them, sorry guys, laminated plastics just can't cut it in the big leagues

just tighten your trucks, you can still carve, you just gotta lean into it a bit more

look into a longboard though, they're the most fun thing in the world, and it's a lot easier and fun to carve, and the ride is so much smoother

Its called being pro, thats how danny way can not wobble. But ya, if your gunna hit big hills, look into a longboard. way smoother and more stable so its not as easy to eat shit. and faster.

Ya as long as you are going fast you will be able to carve with tight trucks, so tighten them, that will stop the speed wobels

when u get da wobles just lift up your front trucks a little and that should fix it

I have had my long board for a long time, and trust me man, if you wanna go really fast, you are gonna have to tighten the trucks. If you wanna carve, you are gonna have to loosen them. There is no way to do both without being stupid. I personally like carving a lot more, but whatever.

Longboards DO go really fast. Me n my friends got clocked by those cop things going 30 during a race. That is scary when you are in a race tuck and you are an inch off the ground.

We'll have you dead pretty soon.

Yeah, get a longboard man. The thing about tightening the trucks...you don't really have to. It all depends what trucks and wheels you have on there.

skateboarding sucks, get a longboard.

-at least you went down naked-

no i figured it out when he over shot the bowl and shit on the back of the toilet. then he signed my beanie.-Hoodratz47 in response to being in the same public bathroom with mike wilson

those little rubber things to tighten your trucks are called bushings.

I think one way the cops could make money would be to hold a murder weapons sale. Many people could really use used ice picks

well danny way is dropping in on that huge roll in and that roll in is prolly really really steep, just physic's like people said and maybe the wood keeps it from wobbling comapred to asphalt that your going down....who knows, just a thought, i could be wrong

^Yeah, the wobbles are caused by vibrations coming off the uneven surfaces of the street. Wood ramps are smooth-thus now vibration and no wobble.

Jeff: Hey Geoff, did Ronny tell you not to wear any boxers so he could rape you better?

Geoff: No, I just put my boxers on backwards so the hole is in the back...it's alot easier that way.

READ WHAT I AM SAYING BECAUSE IT IS EVERYTHING YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW ABOUT SKATEBOARDING DOWN HILLS!

like others said, a longboard is the way to go fast down hills. i skateboard and longboard so i know my shit. first off, get big, soft wheels. they make carving and going fast so much better. second, BUY RANDAL TRUCKS. remember that RANDAL TRUCKS. the r-2 to be specific. these are designed with the kingpin pointing towards the ends of the board (opposite shortboard trucks). what this does is greatly reduce wobbles. randal trucks are amazing. i rock mine as loose as they go and i can carve as hard as i want, and move fast stabily at the same time.

-chris

i mean you could ride other trucks made wider for longboarding, but there really is no better alternative, it's worth the investment.

-chris

R 2s are good for carving and bombing at under 45mph, but above that get R1s, and also a dropthru setup will greatly reduce wobbles without the need for ultra tight trucks

If you don;t want to tighten your trucks you can just wait, the speed wobbles will stop with time once you get better, I used to have the same problem but not anymore.

Check out the trailer to Minor Threat. It features the best skiers from all over New York State (It's under the edits/shorts section or in Huckfest900's profile)

Peter: When you go on a cruise you need to build up a base tan.

Chris: But I heard that in tanning booths you can get something called Melenoma

Peter: Don't worry son that's just fancy talk for sexified.
