Skateboarders on ns: i need help please

Hey friends. i need help on my kickflips. i can ollie pretty high easily, and shovit and 180 and fakie ollie and nollie so i got the basics down pretty solid. but when im kickflipping like i have this one problem. i can flick the board perfect and catch it with my backfoot but like my backfoot ends up on the front bolts instead of the back nad my front foot like lands an inch off the nose. basically im saying like my board drifts behind me when im kickflipping and i need to get it under my feet more especially whe nim moving faster. any tips ? thanks friends. and if theres a skating cult msg me please. thanks.
 
it helps if your moving because if you arent the board goes back when you ollie. just try to stay center over you board not leaning foward or back
 
weird. usualy people ahve the oposite problem and can only catch it with their front foot.

sounds like u arnt poping enough. push that tail down harder and think of jumping back instead of forward when u pop.
 
I had a similar problem when I was learning how to kickflip and most of it is in your head. Some people say you can practice kickflips on carpet, grass, or anything to prevent you from rolling which I tried and didn't really help much so I practiced in a hockey rink and smooth wide open places like parking lots. What you're going to try to do is place your backfoot on the tail of the board with your heel hanging off and have your front foot behind the front bolts facing a little towards them

Watch the board and plant your feet when you see

I just went outside and tried some with more speed than i had and it was like magic the board stayed right under my feet. i was pumped. i also popped harder which h also was useful advice, thanks guys/ mods can delete if they want.
