Skate or Blade?

okay I tried searchbar but didn't find anything in this regard. I'm looking to either skate or blade this summer. I have friends who skate and I've tried it but i'm not that great. I quit but now want to start up again, but maybe rollerblading. Question is, should I rollerblade or skate? Advantages for skiing with rollerblading? Which is more fun? Thanks dudes

well, it's really just your preference. which do you think you'd like more.
and remember, skating and blading are both frustrating to learn, and it takes a while to 'master'
i started skating long ago, and got pretty good, but i'm not amazing anymore. i started blading last summer on my friend's brother's skates and i had fun with it.
so, just try them both, and see which you like more

mmk, I skated for a year and it was really frustrating but I did have fun. with Blading will I be able to do simple tricks faster? I'm just lookin for a summer hobby to pass time with my friends outside

yea fo real. yet bladers get so much hate kinda like ski bladers. its all good though because i love it and it helps out a bunch for skiing

what i did to my first skates...which i'm still skating now...is i custom made mine on aggressivemall.com so they were cheaper than they should. like i got the cheapest wheels and bearings and frames and all that. Once u know that u wanna stick to the sport then u should actually use good bearings and all that.

o and "freeship" gets u 11 bucks off if u go over 100 bucks

Blading looks super gay but its fun i guess... I bladed for like 1 year and i was hitting handrails and throwing 5s off drops. Its really easy to learn n stuff.... but skating is way more of a challenge and looks way sicker
