I just came back form the show in mtl, it was fucken awesome, the toasters killed it,(except they didnt play east side beat). Mustard plug did a fine job and to finish the show off the had montreal's own Planet Smashers, fucking sick.
the best ska concert i went to was the coast to coast roast with reel big fish. It was lucky boys confusion, big d and the kids table, rx bandits, catch 22, and reel big fish. It was such a sick concert
shut the fuck up man. there is nothing that pisses m,e off more than ignorant people. its one thing to dislike something, but its another to be a prick.
eh, i don't really like the new catch22. tyhey are a completely different band then when they started on keasby nights. the cd dinosaur sounds was so dissapointing.
^that why i love catch, they always are have new unigue sound each time(line up changes). and you have to admit rocky had one insane horn riff, and pat keys is one of the bass masters. and any one that lives in utah- whos all hitting the utah ska is dead.
yeah, i mean i guess i shouldnt have said "so dissapointing". but u have to admit, you can't compare dreams of venus to say on and on and on, or 9mm and a three peice suit, or anything from keasby nights. i mean, thats just my opinion.
i went to the first ska is dead tour when it came through syracuse NY it was such a fucking awesome time catch 22, big d and the kids table mustard plug and to other bands i don't rememebr it was a long time ago.
^that tour was so sick. big d and the kids table, catch 22, and mustard plug all have amazing live shows. especially big d, there is so much movement on stage it makes it seems that crazy amounts of energy are coming of stage and making everyone move in some way.
^well seeing as bob marley started out playing ska, and played his ska stuff until the day he died. so are you saying bob marley sucks? justin hinds and the domenoes(ska) were the first group to release a record with a dub tracks. shut up you dont know what your talking about.
