finally someone gets it.
some stereotypes are there and stereotypes are important to have a happy life (think about that, we would literally be non-functional without stereotypes). and for the record, i have a "funny/random/senseless"-law book. and the section US/law is divided into states with the section of each state being longer than each other country. the case-law system HAS A LOT OF HOLES.
see, i am half german and half austrian and if someone makes a thread about half of the world's tax literature is in german language (despite the fact that only ~0,07 *10e-8 people on this planet speak german) and how we overly love order, discipline and structure, have no fun and just love to complain during holidays, I WONT EVEN BE MAD. culture (no matter how senseless it is to define it by random lines on a globe) is breed and fortified within countries and this sometimes leads to such stereotypes that can correctly describe a majority of the population.
no reason to get butthurt over that. if you dont like that, change something in your own country so the world is not watching you like that.
some people in here have the weirdest opinion regarding italian laws/courts/prisons just because of the highly fucked up amanda knox case. i have even read that italy is comparable to thailand, cambodia in these regards.
everyone has stereotypes and to act like you dont or to act like you dont need them is idiotic.
