they were bought out a few years ago by Orage (Coalition) and were a functioning company until Orage decided that they did not want to commit resources to Siver (because they felt that they were too similar and potentially competitors) and tried to sell them to someone else. No one wanted to buy them so they dissolved the company.
being bought out does not mean "in essance" that they are no longer a company. Newschoolers was "bought out" then too and they seem to be operational
