mid-flex. Not super stiff, maybe a teensy bit above exactly in the middle. I love my enforcers so much, you should mount them a little forward of recommended if you plan to land in powder switch. They have a 1st generation gotama-like tail, which actually stomps so well. It charges super well, too.
I'm 5'8" 135 lbs about, and it works for me everywhere at crystal mtn, WA which has some super tough terrain on there, but also some nice spots for bc booters and cornice drops.
It's not as playful as the bacon, I wouldn't recommend it to backcountry jib or butter around in powder, but it's an all-around super sick ski which will work pretty much everywhere. I've even skied these in the park and they ride decently. It's got a smaller turning radius for a powder ski, but a huge shovel tip and somewhat of a shovel tail too, so you can blast through powder if necessary, pretty much anything nature can throw at you except for maybe 5 foot deep AK snow.
Essentially, it's a Rory Bushfield BC ski.
