yeh it is a really good cd, i havent really been a big afi fan, i liked there stuff but this new cd is more mellow, i like it alot more, its damn good, everybody should get it

there are like 6 or so good songs... i dont like the mellowness too much... i like some old style random stuff... like days of pheonix best song ever by them.

I've had the CD since the day it was released. I agree that it is different than their other stuff, but I think that it is a really awesome CD.

anyone who contends that days of the phoenix is the best afi song need to, in the words of obi wan kenobi, 'go home and rethink their life' days isnt even close to being the best song on an album (aod) that is at best subpar compared to their other ones c'mon now...

Anyone else laugh a little bit when they heard song 7 (i think?) with the techno breakdown (only like 20 seconds long) in the middle? It's kinda funny, but actually doesn't sound that bad. I just thought it was funny cause AFI seems like one of the last bands to do that. But i guess thats what a major record label will do to you.

days of the pheonex, its alrite but not there best song, im not sure what is probably something off of black sails, which was for sure there best cd.

 
i tend to agree with the black sails comment... but i cant leave 'answer that and stay fashonable' out... that cd has some great songs from before the time that afi bececame the dwellers of darkness and all that nonesense... it was just good straight up punk rock.

Haha, you just can't go wrong with AFI. I can't Girls Not Grey out of my head, and it's not even one of their better songs!
