Simon's double front flip 180

Im not sure if they showed his second run on tv, but simon attempted a double front flip 180 on the step up. I think he was just fucking around since he was sketchy on the 1st half of the course, but anyways it was thrown just like an aerialist.... if he put in a grab it would be so sick, anyone else see this?
 
I thought he had the sickest run of the day - am I the only one that thought his rails were far and away better than anyone else's? I thought Candide and Sammy's were pretty stock. Simon had a lot of nuances in his run, plus it looked fun and his grabs were all tweaked to hell. And I suppose he had the requisite number of spins to win as well.
 
i can't believe you think it was "sick". it was pure aerialist style. the schrab brothers were doing that trick a few years back and everybody hated it (and rightly so)! also the double flip he did was not pretty....spun very fast, low to the ground and just basically a tuck position! even olenck's double flip in the pipe. sure its a hard trick to do and props to him for doing it, but again just a tucked front flip...at least he didn't wrap his arms around his knees, just almost.
 
I saw it on tv (slope-style recap) and thought it was pretty cool. Even if it was a little aerialist, at least it was different. 97% of the tricks thrown were some kind of corked spin.
 
yea they showed it, i was rather impressed with simon's slopestyle perfomance. but they made such a big deal about the frontflip when he threw it earlier this season at keystone. it wasn't as amazing as i thought it would be, it would be sweet if he could put a grab in there. i still like bushfield's and wilson's double backs better
