is the definition of a real "BITCH". he is one of the best players right now in the nhl hands down. But he is the biggest loud mouth/pussy. example tonight i went to the flyers game he's wrist got tapped by one of the Flyers players he falls down and makes it so dramatic. and then he was talking shit to mike richard who would mess him up in a fight. back up your words pussy

PS: wait the pens beat the flyers every game last year omg. well the tides have turned the flyers have won both straight games so far

I hope that proves my point. Sidney Crosby could care less what people think. He scores goals, makes passes, is one of the youngest captains of a team, has played for team canada, has some of the biggest sponsors in the hockey (and sports) industry. The guy has it made

Having said this, I'm still a huge fan of Crosby and all that he brings to the game. I remember watching him years ago when he was 16 and to this day he never ceases to amaze me.

But like with Ronaldo I can definitley see why some people don't like him.
 
im from pittsburgh and a moderate pens fan but ill have to agree...and the worst part is that its gotten better since his rookie season.  i know the kid is the face of the nhl and plays hard every night, but dont be such a pussy about it.
 
a lot of people in nhl are just a bunch of insecure dbags. why else would they think it neccasary to break out in fights?
 
are you telling me a flyers player never takes dives? they might be the best actors in the east in that aspect.

and sid has the spotlight on him every minute of every game he plays. he commands that kind of attention with his style of play. which is why it is easy to think that he complains alot. however, sometime i suggest you go to game in which your beloved flyers play, and pay the extra scrill for a seat near the flyers bench. Dan Briere bitches to the refs after almost every play. the guy is rediculous. you really have no idea how he compares to sid in the whiny bitch category.
 
Wasn't he playing with an injured wrist? And if you've ever been hit on the hand with a hockey stick, it hurts like a bitch. He had reason to complain.

I would debate with you if you were a real fan of the NHL if it's good to have a second year captain. His maturity level and experience isn't up there with what a captain should have, especially since you don't necissarily (sp?) have to be an amazing player to be an amazing captain.
 
Steve Yzerman was the greatest captain and the greatest leader in the history of the National Hockey League bar none. How old was he when they made him captain again?

Mike Richards is a young gun on the Flyers who has been killing it this season and yes he would fuck sidney crosby up
 
he is definitely captain material, but Pittsburgh should have made some one else captain they have a lot of good leaders, rechi, lecliar, roberts....to have that kind of attention on him is to much, they should wait at least 3 or 4 years before making him captain.
 
he got punched in the face and was down for less than five seconds, and how about not hating on him because you havnt been in his skates yo dont know what its like. Im not a huge fan though.
 
I worked on one of the recent reebok hockey commercials he was in. its funny, hes so quiet and withdrawn in person. he barely said anything the whole time we were working with him.
 
He takes more shit than any other player in the nhl, every game he plays hes getting slashed and raped by opposing players, explaining his bad wrist. And he still gets more points than any other player.
 
sidney is a dope as player he makes shots and makes scoreing situations out of nothing, alot of players talk smack...
