i mean, it all depends on what you really want to work on...if you really want to improve your rail skills, head to keystone. The jumps at Breck are really nice. Mammoth/June/vail are all really nice "all around" resorts (rails=jumps), oh and park city has some really cool rail features, aswell as some pretty nice jumps

 
keystone rails are good in theory, but they do such a bad job keeping the takeoffs and landing in good shape. basically, they get mad sketch. park city's rail are super good and breck's get better as the season progresses. keystone and pc have a killer medium jump lines. the best in the country prob. breck's big jump line is the best one i've ridden, but i haven't been to mammoth or june. and vail is only good for the back bowls.
 
strattons pretty sick

they had a nice little 3 set last year with like 2 good size tables into a huge launch and then into a little pipe
 
east coast:

the VT Open course at Stratton was epic, except for the slush...

i love sugarloafs park because it has amazing flow and is built into an entire super-fun run...

vail was pretty swell too
