Sick box... where?

I can think of such awful things that would happen if your average skier tried to hit that
 
that looks like death. might be better if you put the taller end at the top of something and grinded down instead. maybe, maybe not though.
 
for real. I think it looks perfectly trickable. I too, would like to see someone get sleazy on this
 
the possibilities are crazy you can pop out on either side or stall and try not to die, or tap the top, come back down

You could have some really creative setups with that. I'd like to see it set up like a step up box. Something so you could hit it up or down.

 
Pretty sure awful things would happen if that someone like the snowboarder in the video hit it and didn't catch themselves at the top.

But on a more serious note, I don't really think that box is as viable as it looks... think of the risk you run if you carry too much speed through the top. We have no idea what the landing looks like it could be the worlds most deadly cannon box. There's a reason cannons are flat boxes, because logarithmic curves don't treat objects in motion kindly in the world of physics.
 
It's definitely at Mountain High, they had it on the mountain 09-10 season. Almost impossible to hit on skis. So scary.
 
We had one of those at MHSSC this year, not strait up, but kinda like a curved cannon. I remember a duper sick 630 out being done
 
That one isn't the one at Mt. High, but we do have that exact same box. I've fucked myself up on it quite a few times lol. Its hard to hit at first because you have to balls up and go all the way to the top or you wont have enough speed to come off after. Its fun to hike though because you can get back up really quick.
Sometimes you see people overshoot it and get wrecked.
 
Disregard that it is actually the one at Mt. High.
Honestly its not really that hard to hit I conquered that before I even did a down flat down or an up flat down or a C box.
