Shrinking shirts

So I these shirts. One is in L and one in XL. I wanna shrink the L to maybe a medium or something cause im used to wearing smalls. Is there any effective way to do this so that it will be what I want and not super small?

yea bro if you shrink iy chances are it will get all bagged out in the back. i wont fit right and overall chances are it wont work never has for me

wash in hot water and dry in hot hot heat usually makes them smaller

wash in cold water and dry on low heat to keep the same size

its a lot easier to shrink your clothes in the laundry than make them bigger

How exactly is wearing smaller shirts being a pussy? Your logic makes little sense.

Anyway, just wash in hot and dry in hot if you can. It will make it shrink the most.
