Shred spots around Portland other than T Line

Hey, I'm new to Portland, I've skied at T Line a few time this summer. Anyone have any advice for areas I can go ski that don't require a lift ticket and aren't a flat volcano? Or if anyone is going on a tour and wouldn't mind letting me tag along that would be sick. Are there any other accesses on Mt Hood to skin up? How about Adams or St Helens? Thanks.
 
I should clarify I'm looking for something to do this fall and possibly next summer. I'm also interested in some winter tours but that will be a whole different ball game.
 
shoot me a message whenever you want. All I do is tour and some night skiing at Ski Bowl. Hopefully I'll be working out of sisters this winter and tour around there.

white river is the most popular spot on hood and has the best terrain. you can get some decent vert. in each run and its close to the timberline parking lot.

..but mt hood doesnt have great bc.

mt st. helens is ok but you have to deal with snowmobiles.

Mt. Rainier is only 2.5 hours away and has great bc skiing.

Tam McArthur Rim (Three Sisters BC)!! outside of sisters was the best skiing of my life. long +800' vert lines. dry snow, cliffs, pillows, and so much more.

I'm taking a Level I avy class with them in december

Hey man thanks for the reply. I think I'll be buying a pass to one of the Hood mountains this winter but I always am down to go on some tours. Ill message you. What about fall tours in like September/October?
 
I would say rainier..without a decent snowpack, skiing on hood can be treacherous with the amount of rock they have (i'm thinking tline area). if you got higher on hood then you would be ok.

Also, backside of skibowl in the mirror lake area. and if you head out of the parking lot just before the bridge over white river. It's a longer access to White River Canyon but has more options has far as terrain and slope goes.
