alcohol is legal, and some kids have their first drink at like 9, and become alcoholics by age 11. cigarrettes are legal, but kids steal them from their parents and start smoking at age 10. cars are legal, but little kids steal their grandmother's and go for a ride with intent to do hoodrat shit with their friends.
