Why are they advertising on this site? I didn't see anything having to do with skiing or supporting our side of the sport on their site.

What's up guys?

It was a simple question. I was just curious as to how they became sponsors of the site when the admins have turned down other companies who are focused on skiing.

Actually it's a an ad run under Whistler's campaign. They own Showcase in Whis and have just launched an online store to go with it.
 
yea, im down with snowboarding i dont dislike it, but why? you never see ads for ski shops on a snowboard site. Even if its connected to whistler whats the point? do you think they'll sell many boards with the ad here?
