do any of u have friends that r ok but theyt think they are the best around? wut do u say to them when they act that waymy friend can land an ok 7 with abit of style but he thinks he is so good, he convinced himslef he would easily take a comp with it and it sux, wut can u say to get him to shut the fuck up other than huckin something bigger than him, or is that the only answer?

 
You have to let him get the shit kicked out of him. haha I don't know honestly I think the best thing you can do is do something better than him and then not say anything about it. he'll know when he's been beaten.

Just ignore him and if it gets to the point where it's an everyday thing, stop hanging out with him. Just be like yah that was cool, lets go ski.

alright here is what you do you find a skier who is way better than him and have him ski w/ you guys and have him only do like 3's w/ no grabs. than get him to talk crap to your friend about how he is better, your friend being all cocky will be like yeah right im way better than you, then have the good skier make him bet money and whoever does the best trick wins, your friend will do his seven and the good skier will bust out something bigger and win. then you can split the money w/ the good skier who won.

yah, the only way I've found to tame a show off is to just watch them get the shit kicked out of them, it's quite funny but the atmosphere down here is sooooo chill that if someone is talking themselves up everyone is just like 'dude, you're a wank' and just leaves them alone and what's the point in talking shit if there's no one to listen? and then there's the whole 'Don't tell me how good you are, show me how good you are' attitude which I love.

i know a couple of people like that....also i hate the snowboarders like argue in the pipe. i saw a couple of snowboarders get in a fight about who 'owned' the pipe and they where yelling at each other to get out it really takes the fun out of it. it was pretty funny though.

I really wouldn't care. Just go as big as you can. If you're better, you'll know it and he should too (even if he won't admit it). He is no pro, so if he so good why isn't he sponsored. Just Show him up and ask him why he is not a pro. He should get the idea!

i'm definitely the best around where i ski. i do big straight airs. i'd say i land at least half of them. it's tight. someone i ski with sucks, he pulls tricks like dspin 7's, cork 9's and 10's, all with grabs. but i show him up.

yea, theres some little freshman dick who thinks he's so amazing but he sucks. he always brags about his 'new rossi bandits' and about how good they are. but hes had em for like 2 or 3 years. my little brother tells me about him. i wanna punch him in the face even tho iv met him like once, haha.
