I never tried it, never had the occasion either but I would try it because unlike what you said, i'm confident about not doing it again and getting addicted. So try it cuz Im sure youd like to see what it feels like(same for me) but let it be occasional, if you arent confident in yourself then dont smoke and youll just live a normal life like you've always, no worries...

cant hurt to try it once and pot is not an addicting drug, its not a real drug at all. its not like youre tring coke which doesnt even get that many people hooked on the first or second or even thrid try.

 
well i have smoked 4 times and still havnt gotten high, i plan on doing this until i get high once, ill see if it is something worth spending money on or not, so far im not too impressed but i havnt gotten high yet. i used to have the say problem you had, wher emy friends wanted me to do it, but my morals were different. just do it if you want, if your friend keeps presuring you to do it after you say 'no' then dont talk to him

^^^coke almost got hooked me up the first time. It's incredibly addictive. Don't even think of trying it. It's a total rupture from ur normal world, u don't allucinate, but when ur done with ur hiper activity, u start wondering, what have I done?U ask urself many things.

Shrooms, tho, I don't see them that bad, althought they fuck u up worse than anything I've met (except mdma).

The conclusion is, forget drugs, ski, and if u want, smoke pot. Ur life won't change that much, but u will discover the other side. That is, munchies, The doors, sunny october afternoons lying on the grass, and how strange the world really is.
