I have never smoked weed in my life, even though

I've been my friends smoking loads of times. I just don't know why, I think I've been telling myself that I wouldn't waste money, and that I would be happy later in my life, and that it's better for my health. But now I realised those reasons are all pussy shit: I drink, and I've wasted a lot of money on that, it's arguably worst than weed for your health, and it's just gay to say I'll be happier later.

So tommorrow, when me and my friends are going to smoke, when I'm offered for the millionth time, I'm going to say yes. But should I? I'm starting to have doubts that I would be perceived as a poser and wanting to conform myself. Are there any arguments against just having fun?

i smoke both and smoking weed isnt better for u then drinking. one joint is the same as smoking 20 cigarettes and thats without adding tobacco. but it doesnt hurt to try it.

Why dont you just try it a few times for yourself and decide if you want to do it or not? Doing it five times is not going to hurt your money or your health so why not just try it and make a decision for yourself. I don't smoke weed at all, but if you want to, then I suppose that would be up to you... reasons against it are the same as reasons not to smoke cigarettes, minus the chemical addiction (habitual addiction is still there), plus accumulating brain cell decay. If you drink, though, you're already getting the latter. It is bad for you, but the question is qhether or not you think it's worth it. Still your decision to make.

I dont, I never have and i never plan on it. I have some very close friends who have definitely changed a lot for the worse after they've become pot heads. All my one friend does is cut school, smoke, and play guitar. You can give me the whole 'It opens your mind!' shit but i really dont care or really believe that. So, in conclusion, i say no.

i ski while i'm high some times, but you have to keep the park to a minimum. you start thinking to can do everything after a while. but skiing while high is the best in just straight powder. so fun...

also, people say you get addicted to weed are idiots. they're statements are completely biased on the thought that all drugs are addicting. marijuana is more like sugar, its not addicting but you just want more because its good and you could stop having it anytime you want. and the people who's lives turn for the worst when they start it, well, thats their own fault. i'm an honors student, starting varsity soccer player and i have a good job, but i also smoke. i am able to control myself and i don't have any urges to try any more drugs (i did try shrooms once but i'm not doing it again even though it was cool).

I say why the fuck not? Life is too short not to take risks and experiment with what's out there. If you smoke and you don't like it, fine.
