Should i pay this or go to court

82 in a 65 and extra ticket for not having license with me. 160$ for the speeding and 40$ for the no license. How many points is that? anyways what should i do pay it or go to court?

i'm pretty sure you should go to court and bring your liscense and they should be able to take that 40 bucks off cause theres no way that they can prove you didn't have your liscense

why not go to court. the only thing court can do is help lower your fines or drop a ticket or two all together.

if its your first ticket def go to court.....cuz you can use the its my first offense line and you will never get the chance again...so take it. wish i had. if not then you prolly still should....ive never heard of ne one getting a higher fee to pay by going to court.....only less. cant hurt.

my dad went to court and the bitch showed up but he had evidence that she wasn't paying attention because she got the car color an his name wrong so he only had to pay half the ticket, you've got nothing to lose so go for it, most times the cop won't go, if you live in a city no way but a really small town maybe

you shouldn't have to say anything. even if the cop shows up, if you have a good driving record, they'll just offer you a deal or tell you to pay up. probably a deal though.

i went to court and they didn't reduce it and i had to pay a 70 dollar court fee on top of it

In a small town they do haha...they have 1 cop that is there just to go to court in my town which really sucks cause you can't get away with them not showing up...

go to court for any ticket from the cops, if not itll raise your insurance a shitload. my cousin got 5 tickets and then couldnt drive because the only insurance companies willing to back him was madd amounts of money

definitely go to court and be apologetic to the cop and the judge. you just have to be really nice and they'll usually reduce it to 5mph over which is no points. it's worked several times for me. besides having any points on your license sucks when it comes time to pay insurance and stuff.
