k well its my first year freeskiing and i just started doing 270 out. there is the spin witch is a big compe at our home mountain. there is the junior jib that i think im going to do but there is also the no mans land compe witch is for only girls. im not sure if i am ready or not what do u guys think... should i go for it or wait till next year???

go for it. whats the worst that can happen? you dont win but have fun, meet sexy skiier guys, get respect cuz youve got balls to participate and feel great about yourself! and imagine you win and stomp your 270 out and al the guys look up to you...you definetly dont wana miss that oppurtunity.

but i dont know wat they r gonna se up thats the thing... cuz im a scardy cat and i dont wanna get there and be like no i cant do that... so i dont no

All the comps I have been in are amazing. There are always kids who aren't very good but its not pressure. Everyone is there to have fun. I've learned so much and made so many friends at competitions. If someone asks me how to do something or I ask someone else usually everyone is friendly. Comps are great places to meet new friends and to lern new things. Go for it

knowing tremblant theyre gunna set up either an up flat box or down falt box first, then maybe a jump or two but thats onl if there are jumps or else theres guna be a nice long kick or shotgun rail with a nice coaster rail to finish it. thas from ma experience doing comps there.

2 round rails placed right next to each other(touching), like the top of a shotgun barrel if u get me.

just do the harder comp because the way you get better is skiing with people who are better than you and can teach you new things

go for it. there have been two comps at my mountain this year and i did neither. i thought i would look retarded but looking back i would have done alright in either one

not only will you have fun

but the competition aspect will push you

to a diffrent level and you will stomp more stuff

and get pumped
