Should I get a Wii

I was thinking of getting a Wii, Ive played one before and there pretty awesome, anyone know something I should?
 
my friend has one and we both got bored of it in like a month. wii sports is kinda gay, i dunno why they had to make it such bad graphics and childish configuration but nonetheless it's fun. metroid prime and brawl are good but i'm not a huge wii fan, get an xbox 360 or ps3
 
A few of my friends have tried it, and they told me it's only cool for like a week, and then the novelty wears off and it's not fun.
 
buy one and get wii ski when it comes out (has it yet?), and tell us how it is.
thats the only thing that interests me in wii

But yeah playing a Wii is mad fun. Definitely a console where you have to have friends playing with you though.
 
Wii online sucks with the whole console code + game code thing. It's fun when you have friends to play with, and for stuff like Guitar Hero, but if you're playing alone go with a 360

Mario kart is amazing tho....
 
I like wii, i have caslevainia 4 and dr mario... and wii wear is awesome, and resident evil 4 and metroid prime are awesome, and its neet. and cheap. and fun.

Because it is about gear!

Its not just exclusively ski gear otherwise it would be called ski gear talk.

But on the Wii it depends what sort of games you like and if you are going to be playing it with friends alot. I personally got bored of it after a week of getting a new game. Why don't you hire one and see if you like it.
 
I have a wii. Got it for xmas and it was fun for a week. after that u get bored of the gay japanese graphics and not so fun games.
 
ive had mine since they came out, it was cool at first, but no good games amkes it more of a novelty item. a ps3 or 360 is a much better investment, and ps3's are in smaller harddrives so they are cheaper now.
 
same thing happened to me and my brother...althogh boxiing is intensely awesome

and yeh i wouldnt buy one --havent played mine in like 4 months...got boring
 
wii fit is where its at its so fun there are some games that are retarded like yoga poses but other than that it is a great buy get a wii and wii fit its a good combo :)
