Should I get a Tattoo

So one of my good friends and his dad just got their Scottish Clan crest tattooed on the back of their calf. And my mom asked me if I wanted to get my scottish clan crest tattooed on my calf. I think it would be sweet to. But I uno we aren't taking any of that fake shit this is the real deal. I'm seriously considering this, representing my scottish heritage. And my friend's dad is a doctor so I would be going to a really good place for a tattoo not some shitty place.

Here what it would look like or something along the lines of that. It would also be a little bigger on my leg.

I think its pretty sweet, but I'm not a fan of calf tatoos, i mean they look alright, but i'd never get one

get it on your back....or dead center on your chest or something...this will make sure that if u ever get into a higher ocupation, you wont have to worry about covering it up becasue your shirt will cover it.

the worst thing that could happen is that you get a tattoo, adn in 3 months you decide it was a mistake. I know a guy who got a redicuclusly huge eagle on his chest, and them decided he didn't like it 2 months later.

^ i think that tattoos are awsome. and yes tattoos actually do fade, i know two people who have tattoos that have faded after 2 years of having them.

dont go with the calf man, my friend got a symbol on the right side of his leg/ calf and it looks horendous...

somethign like this you should have the guy size it down and put it on the inner part of your wrist, would look good there

ok the latin means "neither spare or dispose" and I just saw my friends dad's one and it looks pretty sweet, it turned out quite well. I live in Canada but my dad is Scottish.

get it branded on your shoulder, because A) the shoulder is the best place to get a brand/tatoo and B) brands look much cooler/less obtrusive than tatoos and no one has them. plus i heard it doesn't hurt that much to get branded

why is everyone so negative about tatoos??? they are beautiful. unless they are done shitty or are stupid and pointless. all mine have alot of significance to my life, and are large pieces of artwork. i dont think they should be judged so bad... especially when this particular group of people should be very open to things.
