Hey guys.

I'm going away to france to ski for 2 months straight. No work, only ski.

Currently I have the 06/07 pipe cleaner with a salomon z12 and I am going to use it for park, rails, piste. Mostly park. I am not very experienced in the park.

The problem is the salomon z12 binding. Will it last?

I was thinking of buying a second pair of skis. The suspects with a jester binding. but I dont know, will it be the same experience buying another similar ski?

thanks.

i have your exact setup, and i hate my z12s too.... if you're going to ski hard on em, i'd probably try to get some sths on them, but if you're going to france, i'd just stick with the pipe cleaners and get some powder skis instead of getting another pair of park skis.

i do...they're light. they almost make my PEs feel kinda light.

but yeah they're shitty bindings and they break. a lot. and salomon took six months to replace my heelpiece, god knows how long it would take if you were in france.

if you are going to get another ski...dont get the suspect there will be WAY to much overlap with the pipecleaner...
i would be looking at getting something that is more in the midfat range that you can ski everywhere since u will be in france and most likley plan on skiing pow.
would u consider buying a pow ski? or are you looking for a ski that you can ski off piste with and ski everything on piste with the cleaner?
