Should I be pissed?

Finnaly got my setup back from the shop today it took them about 2 weeks to get to mounting my 05-06 pe's with new p12's. I'm pretty physched and all but I got them (mounted at core center) and I took a look at the mount and one is mounted about a half of centimeter back from core center. So one of my skis is mounted at +7 and the other at +7.5...maybe im just bitter because my setup was my christmas and birthday present and I thought well fuck they'll get it right but im not sure yet if I am really gonna feel and and If i am what can I do about it? Should I be pissed?
 
make them give you a new pair of skis thats bullshit, but sometimes top graphics are off, so it might be mounted right, eaither way id take them backt ot the shop
 
wiat so the shop spaced the bindings diferently?? i would be sooo pissed if thats the care. it shouldnta taken that long either. switch shops.
 
they can't remount the same binding that close to the original holes it makes the screws more likely to pull out of the core. Definitely ski them first and then take them in and say you realized it while skiing, then they will have to give you new skis. Chances are the guy at the shop stripped one set of holes by accident/misdrill and then put another set as close as he could to try and cover it up. Either way there should be a new ski in your future.
 
smack a hoe! definately let them know and have them remount it or refund some money, because now that you know its off center, when you're riding it wont leave your mind and you'll always think it feels weird.
 
still... i would be mad pissed, just because it's those guys' job to make those things perfect.. theyve been certified to do this
 
it took them two weeks to mount them, id be pissed about that, and then for them to fuck it up, id be ripshit.
 
yea dude i would definatly call them out on that. be like thats fucking bullshit it takes you 2 weeks to mount and yet you still mess it up. I want you to mount them on a brand new pair of skis
 
my friend had his mounted to far forward on his new liberty stealths i think...he got a 100 dollars off....complain as much as u can
 
walk int o the shop with three things, your two skis and a fully loaded glock. I would throw the skis at those fuckers, and be like "what the hell is this bitches? I'm gone kill everyone of you!" and then I would take out my glock and drop everyone there. I would shoot the crap out of those fuckers and then set the shop on fire. I would also take all the skis out of the shop, and keep them for myself. Teach those bitches a lesson.
 
shit dude i would be pissed, I mean with anything else .5 cm off wouldnt be that bad its small, but with skis different story, also two weeks!.....shit thats a long time
 
Just don't use a shop that doesn't mount them right in front of you right there at purchase time, unless it's jibij.

Jibij charges 15 and everyone there is certified.

My little local shack went out of business but he would mount them and show you right there while you watched.
 
seriously just take out a ruler and look at 5 millimeters. I know in theory you should be pissed, but in reality, it doesn't even matter. People say that .5 cm on a ski is a big deal? When you're skiing, it is impossible to notice. you people tell me your skis don't move forward and backward more than 5 millimeters. It doesn't matter
 
that sucks man, even though it wouldnt make a big difference like someone said above itll always be in ur head, take the skis back and demand a new pair, say that "you may want to move the bindings in the future, and excesses whole on one ski could interfeer(sp?)" dont settle for anything less than new boards, be firm and take em to small claims or some shit if they dont.
 
i got my skis mounted core center in two days with the bindings perfectly alike. switch shops, get it remounted and cause all hell to break loose!
 
dude is violent! ME, on the other hand, would do all the same but load blank caps and have the actual rounds in my pocket or nearby nook, just in case, and threaten to shoot ereone till u got wat u wanted- if u shoot ereone b4 u get them remounted, all u did was sentence yourself to hell (a pair of skis that are still mounted wrong!!!)
 
yeah tell them they did a poopy job and you deserve new skis because they suck at mounting and whatnot....2 weeks??? the most ive waited is 2ominutes to a half hour.
 
i would be pissed at the fact the a ski shop fucked up like that it makes u wonder if they reaaly took there time even though mounting binding s really doesn't take that long if anything i;d say something to them at the shop.
 
you should definately call them out.

even if it doesnt make much of a difference. Its extremely unprofesional of them. And 2 weeks is ridiculous, it takes 5 10 mins to mount a pair of skis.
 
don't do anything rash...they're human. what you should do first is take out a tape-measurer and measure them yourself to make sure that it's not a graphics flaw
