well last night i was at my good friends party......bout 25 people or so all my friends i know then this kids we dont really liek to much show up we let them chill there until this little black kid about 16 years old is just grabbing up trying to get with any girl there.......we tell him to leave and shit and as he is leaving i and plenty others see him grab my girlfriends chest and he says, "Imma fuck you later k!" and i hear him. Well i was pretty fucking drunk so i jsut follow him outside and say in these exact words, "hey man you can be just touch up on girls and telling them your going to fuck them" i dont remember when he said next but i was looking at his friend and all the sudden he hits me in the forehead........then i just try to calm him down saying dude i dont want fight you right now.....cause im way drunk and it was so fucking loud outside.....but he just keeps trying to hit me. Then my girl friend trys pulling us apart and the little black kid hits her in the face giving her a little bloody nose and a scratch........thats like half to story but i got the main point across.

The charges would probable sexual harassment or sexual assault maybe? (also this wasnt the 1st time he a girl, a month a go he puncher a girl in the face and got 5 days suspension)

well the story went on to where he(little black kid) sucker punched "the wrong guy" shall i say haha and got fucking pounded on for about a min
 
im sorry to say but i had to read over it like 4 times cause your spelling and grammar errors were horrible. but i would charge his ass. guys should never ever touch girls like that EVER.
 
It would constitute of sexual assault and probably battery against you.

I am not quite sure because, of course, alcohol was a factor in the scene.

Have him get the sex crime charge.........it'll fuck up his record for a good while. You might have some explaining to do to the judge if he inquires about your drinking.

who cares about my grammer i typed it in like 5 min........and as you can tell most everyone gets the point im putting across.

i would love to beat his ass but then again if he did get sexual assault and/or harassment on his record which he deserves, hitting 2 girls in matter of a month and saying im going to fuck you later, while grabbing her chest.

i would have beat the shit out of him at the party. and if i was in the situation your in now, i would kick the shit out of him.
 
well i was hammered man like 12 beers in and only weight 160(not big ha) when that kid wasnt even drinking.......i wast too sure what exactly was running through my head but if i were sober it would be a different story i would have just nailed that kid as he was walking away.....i'd for sure knock that kid the F out...........i also didnt mention i "KIND OF" know this kid i mean he eats lunch at school with me and some of my friends so i didnt expect him to hit me i was thinking maybe he'd be really f'n sorry and feel bad. (even though now as i type that it makes me sound like a vagg, i do agree) im really just not a big fan of fighting when its DRUNK ME vs. SOBER KID, make myself look dumb ha
 
bad as it may be, when it was all said and done, I would be the one getting charges pressed for assault on the idiot who made the mistake of hitting my girlfriend. You should have beaten that kid to the edge of his fucking life man

If nothing is really wrong with your girls face now or anything I wouldn't get lawyers involved. The fact that you were drinking might make you look bad(maybe not idk if you were underage for where you live possibly).
 
so wait......you let someone snuff you out and didnt do anything, then he punched your girl in the face and you still didnt do anything????? how were you not mad enough after he hit you that you didnt fight back? you have no balls my friend.
 
i have decided that you and all of your friends are pussies and suck at life. If my friends or their girls got touched by anyone they would not be leaving the party on their own accord. Your girlfriend should dump you and you should toughen up and make new friends who will stand up for you.
 
I think you should use commas, periods, capital letters, grammar, correct spelling, and complete sentences.

If you really care to hear our opinions, at least give us something that isn't hard as fuck to read. It shows you don't give a fuck, so you know what, I don't give a fuck.

you dropped the ball when he hit you and you didnt hit him back, then again when he hit your girlfriend and you didnt hit him back. Im not preaching violence but sometimes theres only one way to deal with people.
 
hahah half my friends are straight edge(no drinking no smokeing no sex) you say that to their face you get fucked with a baseball bat, i may not be that crazy but i happpen to hang with them.....
 
TO EVERYONE INVOLVED IN THIS THREAD, after talking to my girlfriend it sounds like he never intentionally tried to HIT her it was more of an accident when she was trying to pull us apart, but this still does not take away the fact he rub on her saying he was going to fuck her.

Well what i want alll you guys to do this weekend is drink a 12 pack of keystone take 2 shots of pink lemonade vodka(which is delicious) then i want you to go fight a SOBER kid at the pitch of night.
 
that is true man you do lose the sense of touch(pain) when your wasted. but im done with this thread mine though all my friends and people there understood what i did by at least bringing my drunk self to him and confronting him........but trust me this is not the end of it, when i get the next chance im not passing it up. I dont care if its in school before after.
