it's a cursive C for Carter, his last name. The cursive makes it look like a dick but its just a C the text makes it look otherwise. I should smack all you who said this for disrespecting weezy f. baby

dont do it , first off the tear drop is a symbol that came from prisions showing that youve killed someone and on top of it if you were ever to try to get a good job with a tattoo on your face they will turn you down almost automatically

Weezy is fucking sick, but seriously dude people will look at you funny if you have a tear drop tattoo. Urban legend says that a teardrop means that you killed someone. I am sure you miss your friend, but defacing your body isn't the way to go about remembering him.
