1 beer = how many shots ruffly? cuz i know where my happy zone is for beer, but shots feels like nuthing so i alwase drink way to many of them then it just hits me

yeah, one shot is roughly equal to one beer. but some people take one or the other better. stick with beer...

1 shot = 1 beer = 1 wine cooler = 1 hour to get out of your system. people handle different types of alcohol differently. plus a shot is not diluted like a beer is, therefore the alcohol is absorbed into your blood stream much more quickly.

haha come on lateralis yes it is, havent you all seen the old health books where they haev a picture of a shot glass, a beer, and glass of wine and they ask you which has more alcohol. Its all the same 1 shot is roughly one beer

 
one 355 ml beer @ 5%alc = 17.75 ml of alcohol

one 26 = 26 ounces (I think thats why its called a 26)= 750 ml @ 40%alc = 300 ml of alcohol, then divide by 26 gives 11.54 ml of alcohol, per ounce. that means that 1.54 ounces of hard (40%) alcohal = 1 beer. there you have it. A shot is usually 1.5 ounce so it equals a beer. but you'd have to drink the beer reall fast or sip the shot and consume them over the same time frame for them to really be equal.

there are 25 ounces in a '26r' (705ml divided by 30ml in a fluid ounce).

Also, the purer the alcohol (higher alcohol content) the faster it is absorbed into your stomach.

1 beer bottle = 330ml, 5% = 1.5 units

1 pint beer = 2 units

yeah then you also have to figure in if its u.s or canadian beer, or imported.

but yeah 1 shot is equal to 1 beer but you also have to take into count that the beer is consumed over a longer period of time

 
i like beer way better than shots, cuz im a wimp when it comes to shots cuz like after drinking them i cringe whenever i think about them. uck. stick with beer.

if you have 5 shots instead of 5 beers...you get hammered in like 10 minutes. a shots pure and beer...isnt.
