We are looking for suggestions for a shot to be taken off the shot ski. Like a certain shot that when you order it, you get on the shot ski. Any suggestions?

This reminded me of the Minefield. The bartender fills some of the shot glasses with water and others with a clear liquor. You don't know what you have until the ski gets tipped back. The chance of it might lead people to do it multiple times.
